We purchased our first home with Josh about 3 years ago. Since then, our we needed something bigger. We contacted Josh again because he took such good care of our needs the first time. This time around, we had to sell our home and purchase a new home. He was very organized in getting our house ready to sell. He had a stager come to make our house look even more appealing to a potential buyer and a photographer came to take pictures for the website and brochures. Everything was taken care of and looking good! Our house was under-contract within two weeks!
Josh was always readily available to venture out and take us to look for new homes. We called him one Saturday morning and he took us to a home a couple hours later.
